By participating in any class, training session, sparring, competition, or related activity (“Activities”) offered by of Liability[Club Name], you acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk Martial arts, fitness training, and combat sports are physically demanding and inherently involve risks of injury, including but not limited to bruises, sprains, strains, broken bones, concussions, and other serious injuries.
